Ordering and Shipping

Our goal is to get our products to you as inexpensively as possible so we will determine the best means of shipping.

UPS will be used for small orders within the United States. They take bamboo poles that are 8 feet or shorter. For a minimal labor charge we can cut poles any length for shipping. UPS classifies all packages of poles as "oversized", so shipping even a 2 lb. package is charged at 70 lbs. Thus, on orders of just a few poles the shipping charges can easily cost more than the bamboo.

USF Reddaway will be used for shipping 12 feet poles, larger orders, and heavier items. Freight charges are $80 at a minimum for delivery of up to 200 pounds within Washington or Oregon. The price is more for other states.
